Join our Wellness Consultant, Hollie Wyrick for a gut health workshop. We will be discussing gut microbiome & how it impacts our overall wellness while providing practical strategies for improvement & covering topics like the gut-brain axis, identifying symptoms, nutrition, lifestyle changes & supplementation. You are encouraged to keep a food/supplement/medication journal for at least 2 weeks before the workshop. Note any symptoms/emotions that may arise. If you register before 2.5.26, we will send you a reminder to begin journaling; if you sign up after, please begin journaling then.
