Experience a meditative and healing “bath” of soundwaves

Our monthly sound bath is a meditative, healing experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and even the human voice itself. The different frequencies of sound healing instruments affect different organs, emotions, illnesses, diseases, chakras, and trauma.

Ideally, you should feel the intentions of love, wellness, healing, and positivity throughout your session. It is a unique experience for each individual and potentially a wonderful supplement to any healing or wellness program.

We offer a monthly Sound Bath on the last Wednesday of the month, and you can also experience them in select special classes or events. Our monthly sound baths are unique in that we have two sound practitioners, making it a truly immersive experience.
