Join us for an immersive, full body, sound healing experience.
Please bring a mat or blanket and dress comfortably, you will be lying down for the entire hour. Plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before start time. Stay after for Community Connection.
Vibrational sound healing has been shown to relax tension in the body, reduce stress, promote restful sleep, clear our minds and give our whole body an opportunity to release and heal. Tuning in to a more holistic approach for treating the everyday stresses of modern life allows us the opportunity to turn inward on our own terms and allow healing to begin naturally. Sound baths use various instruments to create a relaxing meditative experience that may bring about growth and healing on a mental, emotional and physical level.
4 SESSION WELLNESS COURSE Sundays 3:00-5:00pm. This course is designed for students 50+ working towards a consistent yoga routine for healthy aging.
