This workshop is designed to support your body’s natural detox pathways through movement, breath, and mindful self-massage. The lymphatic system—your body’s cleansing and immune network—has no pump of its own. It relies on movement, pressure, and breath to circulate. When it becomes stagnant, we may feel sluggish, swollen, or energetically blocked.
In this class, you’ll learn how to activate and support lymphatic flow through targeted yoga postures, rhythmic movement, diaphragmatic breathing, and gentle techniques. We’ll explore the major lymph node areas, how to stimulate them safely, and how to integrate simple daily practices that help your system clear, refresh, and rebalance.
