This beginner friendly workshop is designed for anyone curious about meditation and how it works and for those who are wanting to take a deeper dive. Meditation is not about stopping your thoughts, clearing your mind, or sitting perfectly still. It's not about doing it "right" - it is simply the practice of noticing your breath, your body, your inner world, with kindness and curiosity.

We will gently explore the history of meditation, the different styles, and how it can support your nervous system and emotional well-being. We will guide you as you learn how to create a simple, sustainable practice that feels natural and fits into real life. Meditation may just be that tool you are needing to regulate your nervous system, soften stress, and create space between you and the noise of daily life.

No experience needed, no pressure to do it right; just an invitation to pause, breathe, and feel supported in your own body and community.
