This course is designed for students 50+ working towards a consistent yoga routine for healthy aging. The course will start with the basics so it is accessible for those with limited yoga experience; however, those with more experience will benefit from a deeper understanding of alignment, muscle integration and the creation of a sustainable yoga practice.
