YOGA FOR YOUR PELVIC FLOOR (+ MORE) is a three part core and pelvic floor workshop course designed to build awareness, release, and strength of the pelvic floor and core muscles. Over the course of three weeks, we will create a space to learn, share, and move together, building on yoga’s powerful principles and Feel Free’s centered community. Each class will involve movement and mindfulness practices, as well as connective discussions. Come ready to move and take notes.
