In this workshop, Ryan introduces you to the “inner art” of Qigong (pronounced “Chee-Gung”). Qigong is a form of mindful movement that has been used in East Asia for thousands of years to improve health and well-being. An essential tool for aging gracefully, Qigong upgrades the efficiency of both your body and your mind, leading to better circulation, immune function, digestion, sleep, mood, and more!
