Self-Care For and Through the Holidays - Instructor: Kelsey Wishik
This workshop prepares us for the busyness of the holiday season by offering tips and practices for self-care that can be used to help regulate your nervous system wherever you are. Restorative yoga poses, meditation, calming breathwork, and self-soothing techniques utilizing Marma (acupressure) points, all to ensure you have some tools for self-regulation and peace during this season.
