Our mission is to provide a safe and inclusive space for women in our community to come together, connect and support one another without judgement or shame. Being seen, heard, held and witnessed as we share our truths, can be empowering and healing. With an open mind and heart, we can access our own inner guidance to understand better what we each need to be healthy in mind, body and spirit.
