This workshop is a three part core and pelvic floor class designed to build awareness, release, and strength. Over the course of three months, we will create a space to learn, share and move together, building on yoga's powerful principles and Feel Free's centered community. Each 90min workshop will involve movement and mindfulness practices as well as connective discussions. (Come ready to move and take notes)
