October 14-18, 2026

Embark on a journey of self-care and wellness in a space like no other, Ossabaw Island. Step into a sanctuary of serenity and soulful connections, and reconnect with yourself, explore your inner creativity, and find awe in both the natural surroundings and your own personal journeys. Through guided practices like yoga, meditation, self-discovery workshops, and nature exploration, you will have the opportunity to nurture your body, mind, and spirit. You will have the space to recharge and realign with your true essence and leave feeling restored, inspired, and deeply connected.

This retreat is an opportunity to slow down and be present. I can't imagine a more magical place than Ossabaw Island to engage in activities that bring about inner peace, to discover new ways to live a more holistic lifestyle, and to be reminded of the importance of presence and contentment. Enjoy yoga under the great live oaks, sunrise meditation on the dock, a sunset sound bath, and plenty of time for connection and reflection. Most importantly, take time to simply rest your mind, body and spirit. We will explore practical strategies for cultivating mindfulness, nourishing our bodies, connecting with nature, nurturing our spirituality, practicing self-reflection, and seeking authentic connections; All in effort to restore balance and align the mind, body and spirit for a more harmonious and soul-fulfilling life rooted in gratitude and contentment.

We will begin each day with a morning practice that invites us into our bodies through movement, breath and expression. This will be a journey inward, and an opportunity to be present in mind, body and spirit. Expect to connect with yourself, guiding you into each day with flow and ease.
