Embark on a journey of self-care and wellness in a space like no other, Ossabaw Island. Step into a sanctuary of serenity and soulful connections, and reconnect with yourself, explore your inner creativity, and find awe in both the natural surroundings and your own personal journeys. Through guided practices like yoga, meditation, self-discovery workshops, and nature exploration, you will have the opportunity to nurture your body, mind, and spirit. You will have the space to recharge and realign with your true essence and leave feeling restored, inspired, and deeply connected.

This retreat is an opportunity to slow down and be present. I can't imagine a more magical place than Ossabaw Island to engage in activities that bring about inner peace, to discover new ways to live a more holistic lifestyle, and to be reminded of the importance of presence and contentment. Enjoy yoga under the great live oaks, sunrise meditation on the dock, a sunset sound bath, and plenty of time for connection and reflection. Most importantly, take time to simply rest your mind, body and spirit. We will explore practical strategies for cultivating mindfulness, nourishing our bodies, connecting with nature, nurturing our spirituality, practicing self-reflection, and seeking authentic connections; All in effort to restore balance and align the mind, body and spirit for a more harmonious and soul-fulfilling life rooted in gratitude and contentment.

We will begin each day with a morning practice that invites us into our bodies through movement, breath and expression. This will be a journey inward, and an opportunity to be present in mind, body and spirit. Expect to connect with yourself, guiding you into each day with flow and ease.

MIND

Step away from the noise and return to yourself. This retreat is a quiet invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and reset your inner rhythm. Through guided mindfulness, moments of stillness, and intentional reflection, you’ll create space for clarity, balance, and renewed focus.

BODY

OSSABAW ISLAND, GA

At approximately 26,000 acres, Ossabaw Island is Georgia’s third largest barrier island, located 30 minutes south of Savannah on the Atlantic coast. Nearly 9,000 acres are high ground; the remainder are tidal wetlands. The island is roughly ten miles long and 7 miles wide at its widest point.  Ossabaw is bordered by the Atlantic Ocean to the east; the Bear River/ Florida Passage of the Intracoastal Waterway to the west; the Ogeechee River/Ossabaw Sound to the north; and, St. Catherine’s Sound to the south.

Feel Free Yoga + Wellness has been granted access to Ossabaw Island for 4 nights and 5 days - October 14-18, 2026 .We are honored to visit this Island, learn about it’s history and benefit from all it has to offer.
