Complimentary Yoga Studies Class. This is a FREE monthly class for Wellness Plus and Warrior Members. The instructor will provide yoga education, philosophy, history and more. You will also have the opportunity to strengthen your physical practice by learning new asanas or poses and having an instructor guide you. This is a wonderful way to grow your yoga practice physically, mentally and spiritually.

Membership Rules
Guest passes do not carry over from month to month. Unlimited yoga includes our 1hr regularly scheduled yoga, meditation and pilates classes. Does not include workshops, special events, or other services.

REIKI
Reiki is an ancient Japanese relaxation technique that promotes healing in all bodies; physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
1hr Reiki Session is $85 for Feel Free Yoga Members and $95 for non-members.
